Privacy Policy

Zovi is a Telegram bot and Mini App for creating circles and sending quick signals to their members. This policy describes the data required to operate the service.

Data we process

• Telegram ID, first name, last name and username when provided by Telegram.
• Created circles, member lists and invitation links.
• Sent signals, delivery times and replies selected by members.
• Zovi+ or Zovi Pro subscription status, Telegram Stars amount, payment identifiers and payment dates.
• Technical usage events such as opening the Mini App, creating a circle, sending a signal and acquisition source.
• De-identified Mini App quality metrics such as app-ready and bootstrap time, API latency and failures, timeouts, Telegram platform, network type, launch source and approximate country/region.
• For diagnostics, the approximate country may be derived from an infrastructure country header, time zone or locale. This telemetry does not retain the precise IP address, coordinates or the original time zone value.
• The text of a support request when a user contacts payment support with the /paysupport command.
• Language preference (Russian or English) used to localize the Mini App and bot messages.

How the data is used

We use the data to deliver signals, manage circles, confirm subscriptions, prevent abuse, support users, diagnose errors and regional latency, and understand which product stages users complete or abandon.

Payments

Digital subscriptions are paid with Telegram Stars. Zovi does not receive or store bank card details. Telegram processes the financial transaction, while Zovi receives only the information required to activate the subscription and provide payment support.

Storage and sharing

Operational data is stored on the project's server. Telegram receives the data required to operate the bot, deliver messages and process payments. Diagnostic information is shown to the project owner primarily in aggregate form. User data is not sold to advertisers.

Deleting data

Users can leave other people's circles and delete their own circles in the Mini App. To request deletion of other linked data, contact the bot with /paysupport and state that you want your data deleted.

Security

Administrative statistics are restricted to the verified Telegram account of the project owner. Secrets and the bot token are not published in the client application.
