Purpose of the service

Zovi lets users create circles of people they know and send short signals through Telegram. The service is not intended for emergency calls, medical assistance, security services or any other situation where a delayed notification could cause harm.

Free plan

A user may own one free circle with up to five active members. Membership in circles owned by other people does not reduce the owned-circle limit. Russian and English are available for free on every plan.

Paid plans

A paid plan is required only for the circle owner. Invited members can use the circle without their own subscription.

• Zovi+ — 99 Telegram Stars for 30 days: up to 5 owned circles, up to 20 members per circle, up to 3 custom activities and signal duration of 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.
• Zovi Pro — 299 Telegram Stars for 30 days: up to 30 owned circles, up to 100 members per circle, up to 12 custom activities, custom reply options, recipient teams, scheduled signals, response insights and signal duration up to 60 minutes.
• Paid plans renew automatically every 30 days until the user disables renewal using Telegram controls.
• After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already paid period.
• When a subscription expires or the owner moves to a lower plan, circles, members and personal settings are not deleted. Anything above the current plan limits is kept in a preserved paused state.
• On the Free plan, one owned circle and up to five active members remain usable. Other preserved circles and members do not receive new signals and cannot send them until a suitable plan is restored.
• When Zovi+ or Zovi Pro is enabled again, preserved circles, members and settings supported by that plan become active automatically without re-inviting people or rebuilding the setup.
• Features and limits of future plans may change; current terms are shown before payment.

Payments and refunds

Digital subscriptions are paid only with Telegram Stars. For a disputed payment or refund request, send the bot the /paysupport command and describe the situation. Requests are reviewed based on the transaction and Telegram requirements.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for spam, threats, harassment, fraud, illegal content or mass messaging to people who did not agree to participate in a circle. Access may be restricted in case of abuse.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Delivery depends on Telegram, network connectivity, notification settings and device state. Absolute instant delivery is not guaranteed.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material subscription changes will be shown before the next purchase or renewal when required.
